  • Learn to Meditate

    Mindfulness Meditation is a skill that can be taught and trained. If you are new to the practice or have taken an extended break from practice there is an easy way to get started. I will help you learn the practice and support you as you build the habit of regular practice.

  • Intermediate Support

    If you have been practicing mindfulness meditation for 3-7 years, I can help you deepen and integrate your practice into different facets of your life. I can support you through difficult periods and states of practice. As well as help you use your practice to engage in behavioural change and enrich your relationships.

  • Meditation Mentoring

    Take your practice wider and deeper. For advanced practitioners who want to continue to integrate their practice insights into their everyday experience. Using the lens of the Enneagram and different meditation practices you can come to know yourself and others in a deeper way.

Each path forward is unique and yet there are themes and commonalities that unite us in our journey toward increasing happiness, fulfilment and freedom. Based on my background and experience as a healthcare provider, my approach is evidence-based and scientifically informed. I help clients find and implement solutions that lead to increased well-being and a deeper sense of fulfillment. I am a fellow traveller in this weird and wonderful journey of life. The fruits of my work have provided a renewable source of energy and a deep appreciation of the preciousness of life that I believe is accessible to all. Compassion, contentment, connection and a greater sense of satisfaction in what we already have are trainable skills that can be practiced and cultivated. I help clients create a solid foundation for growth and well-being so that they can clarify and accomplish their goals. Whether you are interested in Mindfulness Meditation Training or Coaching we begin with a conversation to explore your goals and strengths and uncover what may prevent you from fully engaging with your life. I am a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West and A Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher as well as a Meditation Mentor. I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. As a mindfulness teacher and practitioner, I have been trained in the tradition of Western Insight practices and I currently practice Shinzen Young’s Unified Mindfulness System. I am trained in Gene Gendlin’s Focusing and have done extensive training in the Enneagram. My work fuses Mindfulness, Compassion Practices, Focusing, the Enneagram, inquiry, reflection and behavioural experimentation applied in practical ways to help clients gain deeper insight into what makes them happy and how they can live more fully.
