Change Starts With One Small Step.

Therapy and Mindfulness for Overwhelming Challenges and Difficult Relationships.

Welcome, I’m Tammy. I’m really glad you’re here!

When life feels overwhelming—whether you’re facing a tough transition, a strained relationship, or an internal struggle—it’s common to feel stuck, confused, or alone. You might be trying your best to cope, yet still find yourself looping through the same painful patterns and unsure how to move forward.

Therapy offers a dedicated space to make sense of and untangle what’s not working, to discover tools for regulating your emotions, skills for navigating difficult relationships and practical strategies to help you create the conditions for lasting change.

Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and begin to create meaningful shifts—one step at a time.

Small changes lead to big shifts.

We often think everything has to change at once—but in truth, even small changes can create real momentum. You may feel like things are too much, or that you’re not sure how to begin. That’s okay. You don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling in your relationships, you deserve support that helps you feel more steady, connected, and empowered.

Let’s take the first step—together.
